Skills Camp
For the emerging elite, the camp covers technique, formations, introductory tactics, warm-up and cool-down drills, recommended for students with at least 18 months of competitive experience who are committed to advancement.
Elite Camp
For the elite, the camp concentrates on specific skills for each position, game preparation, and tactical awareness. It is for players who have several years experience in competitive play and who want to refine their skills and tactical awareness in order to play at club or university level.
Pathway
For the younger player, based on our successful skills camp but specifically tailored for a younger age group.
Participants should familiarity with the rules of the game, and have played recreationally, for instance in middle school physical education classes or team competitions. The curriculum teaches basic movement and ball handling skills, focussing on the three-touch attack, and defense against the attack, serving and service receive.
8 Simple Rules
