Student-athletes wishing to attend should include a letter of recommendation from their coach. This should provide a brief background on their training under the coaches supervision, positions played, level of competition and the coaches recommendations for skills development.

I wish to enrol in the 2011 Volleyball Development Camps Summer Camp, 15^th - 19th August 2011 at ACS Cobham International School. Enclosed please find payment for
